Facts checked as of October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

As of October 2026, Storable does not publish a price for any of its self storage management software: SiteLink, Storable Edge (formerly storEDGE) and Storable Easy (formerly Easy Storage Solutions). You request a demo or a quote, so the real number comes from a sales conversation.

We make Stitch Storage, so read this with that in mind. Every Storable fact below comes from Storable's own pages, with the access date listed in the sources. Where a price is not published, we say so and do not estimate it.

Storable pricing by product

Storable is the parent company of several products. Its homepage lists Storable Edge, SiteLink and Storable Easy as management software, plus separate products for websites, access control, collections and insurance.

Third-party review sites list starting figures for some Storable products. Storable does not publish them, so we do not repeat them here. For product detail, see our pages on SiteLink pricing, storEDGE pricing and Easy Storage Solutions pricing.

What else to budget

Storable's pages are thin on these costs, so each item below is a question to put in writing, not a number.

  • Payment processing. Storable's pages mention collections and online payment tools but do not state card or ACH rates. Ask for the rate and any per-transaction fee.
  • Website. Storable lists websites as a separate product. We found no published price. Ask whether a website is part of your quote.
  • Insurance and tenant protection. Storable's SiteLink and Storable Edge pages describe insurance as a separate product, and its insurance page lists no premiums or fees. Ask about the cost to you and the revenue split, if any.
  • Support. The SiteLink page says support is covered within your monthly subscription.
  • Data migration in. Storable says a dedicated team helps transfer data from other software. Fees are not stated.
  • Setup or onboarding. We found no setup fee information. Ask.

Contract and cancellation terms

Storable's SiteLink and Storable Edge pages both say billing is monthly, only a monthly commitment is required, and you can cancel at any time (read October 20, 2026). We found no published terms for Storable Easy. For storEDGE, the help center says cancelling takes an online form submitted 10 days before your next billing date (read October 19, 2026, see our switching guide). Check your own agreement for notice periods and price-change terms.

Where Storable is strong

  • Breadth. One vendor covers management software, websites, access control, collections and insurance.
  • Longevity. Storable says SiteLink has been trusted since 1996.
  • Options by size. Edge, SiteLink and Easy aim at different operator sizes.
  • Flexible terms. Monthly billing with a monthly commitment is a fair standard for the category.
  • Migration help. Storable says a dedicated team handles incoming data transfers.

Quote-based pricing lets a vendor tailor a package to a large or complex operation. The tradeoff is that you cannot compare before you talk to sales.

Questions to ask Storable

  2. Which features I saw in the demo cost extra?
  3. What are the card and ACH rates, and who is the processor?
  4. Is my price locked, and how often has it changed for existing customers?
  5. What does a second facility cost?
  6. What is the setup or migration fee?
  7. How do I export units, tenants, leases, balances and payment history if I leave?
