Third-party listings have reported figures for storEDGE, some quoted per feature, but Storable does not publish them. We do not repeat them. Ask for a written quote that lists every feature and fee.
What Storable Edge is built for
Storable's page positions Storable Edge for single and multi-facility operators, smaller operations that want simplicity, and unmanned sites. It lists automated tasks, integrated text, email and phone, mobile walkthrough inspections and collections automation. Quote-based pricing lets a vendor tailor a package, which suits some buyers. The cost is that you cannot compare before a call.

There is a 0.3% platform fee on rent processed. Online rentals, autopay, a free facility website and lien timelines by state are included. 30-day free trial with no card, no contracts, a price lock, and free migration in 48 hours.
Worked example: say you have 60 units, 50 occupied at $80, so rent is $4,000 a month. Pro is $99, and the 0.3% fee is $12, for $111 before card processing. Starter needs 50 units or fewer, so at 60 units you would be on Pro. Compare that to the storEDGE quote plus processing.
