Who uses Easy Storage Solutions, and why it is a good product
Easy Storage Solutions is web-based management software for small to mid-size operators, founded in 2008. Storable acquired it on June 5, 2020, per Inside Self-Storage, and renamed it Storable Easy in a March 2025 brand refresh.
A third-party review site (SoftwareConnect) describes it as aimed at operators under 200 units, and lists invoices, recurring payments, gate integrations (including PTI, Digigate and DoorKing), a customer portal, a website with online booking and a unit map. Its gate integration list and website with online booking are real strengths for a first-time owner.
If you are very small, want something simple and like having a large company behind your software, it may fit well.
Why some owners look for an alternative
- Price clarity. We did not find a price on Storable's pages, so some owners want to compare before a call.
- Renaming and ownership change. Since the 2025 rename and a new Storable CEO in September 2026, some owners re-check their options. These are neutral reasons.
- Add-on costs. Ask whether gate access integration or other add-ons carry a monthly charge.
What to look for in an alternative
- A published price, or an itemized written quote.
- Month-to-month terms.
- Online rentals, autopay and late fees that run without staff.
- Reports you will use: rent roll, occupancy and delinquency.
- A free or low-cost migration and a way to export later.

Who should stay with Storable Easy
Stay if you are small, happy with your setup, and your gate system integration is working. Switching has a cost in time even when it is free. Stitch is not the right fit for operators with hundreds of facilities or enterprise custom integrations.
