A third-party review site describes Easy as software for small to mid-size operators, under about 200 units. It lists invoices, recurring payments, gate integrations, a customer portal, a website with online booking and a unit map. For first-time owners who want something simple, that scope can be enough, and quoted pricing for small packages is common.

Worked example: say you have 40 units, 32 occupied at $75, so rent is $2,400 a month. Starter is $39, and the 0.3% fee is $7.20, for $46.20 before card processing. Put that beside Storable's written quote plus its processing rate and any gate fee.
