What does Stitch Storage cost?
Starter is $39 per month for one facility and up to 50 units. Pro is $99 per month for one facility and unlimited units. Each additional facility is $59 per month.
What is the 0.3% platform fee?
It is a fee of 0.3% on rent processed through Stitch. On $12,000 of rent in a month, that is $36.00. We show it here so it is never a surprise on your invoice.
What is the price lock?
Your price never goes up while you are a customer. We store your plan version on your account, and any future price change applies only to new accounts.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day free trial does not ask for a card. You add payment details only if you decide to keep going.
Is there a contract?
No. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You can export your data at any time, whether you are on a trial or a paid plan.
Is there a free plan or a discount for early customers?
No. There is a 30-day free trial, then the public price. Every customer pays the same price for the plan they are on.
What happens when I go over 50 units on Starter?
Starter covers up to 50 units at one facility. When you need more, move to Pro for unlimited units on that facility.
