These terms are the agreement between you and Hive Asset Group, LLC for using Stitch Storage. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Stitch Storage is self storage management software made by Hive Asset Group, LLC ("Stitch", "we", "us"). These terms apply to the Stitch Storage website at stitchstorage.com, the Stitch Storage app at app.stitchstorage.com, and the services we provide through them.

If you use Stitch for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business. "You" means you and that business.

2. Your account

Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do.

Tell us at support@stitchstorage.com right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Free trial, plans and billing

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to start the trial.

After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars at the prices on our pricing page:

  • Starter: $39 per month for one facility with up to 50 units.
  • Pro: $99 per month for one facility with unlimited units.
  • Additional facility: $59 per month for each facility after the first.
  • Platform fee: 0.3% of rent processed through Stitch.

Price lock: your price does not go up while you are a customer. If we change prices, the change applies only to new accounts.

There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time. If a payment fails, we will tell you, and we may limit or pause your account until it is fixed.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into Stitch, including facility, unit, tenant, lease and payment records. You give us permission to store, process and display that data only to run the service for you, keep it secure, and meet our legal duties.

You can export your data at any time. After your account ends, we keep your data for a reasonable period so you can export it, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Tenant information is personal information about other people. Our Data Processing Addendum explains how we handle it on your behalf.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you run your facility. That includes your leases, your fees, your messages to tenants, and every lien notice, advertisement and sale. Stitch gives you tools and timelines. It does not give legal advice, and it does not replace your attorney.

State lien and storage laws change and differ from state to state. Review your process and your notices with an attorney licensed in your state.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you.

6. Payments

Payments from your tenants, and payments you make to us, are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s own terms apply to that processing. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Stitch available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that meaningfully hurts how you use a paid plan, we will tell you before it takes effect.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hive Asset Group, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of Stitch.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Stitch and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, put the service or other customers at risk, or do not pay. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using Stitch after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Hive Asset Group, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
