What to send

Rent roll
Tenant list with contact information
Past-due or aging report
Gate codes
Unit list

Send whatever reports you can, or tell us and we will walk you through it. Your old software keeps running while we work.

About card payments

Stitch cannot move stored card numbers from one payment processor to another. After the move, your tenants enter their payment details again through a secure link. You choose when to send that link.

Switch Credit terms

Switch Credit is offered by Hive Asset Group, LLC. Credit applies to the Stitch subscription only, not to the 0.3% platform fee or Stripe processing fees. It has no cash value and is not transferable. Available to new accounts switching from paid self storage software. One credit per facility. Up to 3 months, equal to the months left on your previous contract as shown in the proof you upload. Applied after your data import is complete.

Your files stay private

Files are stored privately and used only for your migration. Read the privacy policy.

No card, no contract, and you can export your data from Stitch any time.
