Facts checked as of October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

As of October 2026, Tenant Inc does not publish a price for its self storage software. We found no plan names, no contract terms and no free trial on its public pages. Pricing is discussed in a demo, so the real number comes from a sales conversation.

We make Stitch Storage, so read this with that in mind. Every Tenant Inc fact below comes from Tenant Inc's own pages, with the access date listed in the sources. Where something is not published, we say so and do not estimate it. Verified on 2026-10-24.

The only dollar figure we found on Tenant Inc's site is $79.99 a month for Storelocal membership, a separate membership program described in its FAQ. It is not the price of Hummingbird, Mariposa or Nectar.

Some review sites list figures for Tenant Inc. Tenant Inc does not confirm any of them on its own pages, so we do not repeat one here.

Where Tenant Inc is strong

Per Tenant Inc's own pages:

  • Integrated stack. Hummingbird (property management), Mariposa (online rentals) and Nectar (open API) come from one company.
  • Open API. Nectar is described as an open API with a documented developer portal and 40+ pre-built integrations.
  • Multi-site management. Hummingbird lists portfolio-level management across multiple locations.
  • Online rentals. Mariposa's SuperLease checkout claims 30% more conversions than traditional online rental flows.
  • Compliance and support. Hummingbird lists state-specific compliance workflows, SOC-II compliance and US-based support.
  • Onboarding. The FAQ lists a Customer Success Manager, training and data migration support for every customer.

Quote-based pricing lets a vendor fit a package to the products and sites you need. The tradeoff is that you cannot compare before you talk to sales. For more on fit, see our Tenant Inc alternative page.

What to ask in a quote

  1. What is my total monthly cost, itemized by product (Hummingbird, Mariposa, Nectar) and add-on, for my facility count?
  2. Which modules I saw in the demo are add-ons, and what does each cost?
  3. What are the card and ACH rates, who is the processor, and is there a per-transaction fee?
  4. Is there a setup, onboarding or migration fee, and is the Customer Success Manager included?
  5. How long is the contract, and what is the notice period to cancel?
  6. Is my price locked, and how often has it changed for existing customers?
  7. Is there a free trial or pilot period?
  8. What are the go-live timelines for my facility count?
  9. How do I export units, tenants, leases, balances and payment history if I leave, and in what format?
