As of October 2026, Monument does not publish a price for its self storage management software. We found no plan names, no contract terms and no free trial on its public pages. You book a demo or contact the company, so the real number comes from a sales conversation.
We make Stitch Storage, so read this with that in mind. Every Monument fact below comes from Monument's own pages, with the access date listed in the sources. Where something is not published, we say so and do not estimate it. Verified on 2026-10-23.

Where Monument is strong
Per Monument's own pages:
- Built for portfolios. The about page says it is built for multi-facility operators and third-party managers.
- Revenue management. It lists REIT-level revenue management controls.
- Accounting. It lists GAAP-compliant accrual accounting.
- Operations in one place. The about page names contactless leasing, payments, tenant management, daily automations, billing, delinquency workflows, access control, communications and analytics.
- Integrations. It lists an open API with integration partnerships.
- One price, no upsells. The home page says it will not upsell you on anything.
Quote-based pricing lets a vendor fit a package to a large or complex operation. The tradeoff is that you cannot compare before you talk to sales. For more on fit, see our Monument alternative page.
What to ask in a Monument quote
- What is my total monthly cost, itemized, for my unit count and number of facilities?
- What does the smaller operator pricing mean in dollars for me?
- Which features I saw in the demo cost extra, if any?
- What are the card and ACH rates, who is the processor, and is there a per-transaction fee?
- Is there a setup, onboarding or migration fee?
- How long is the contract, and what is the notice period to cancel?
- Is my price locked, and how often has it changed for existing customers?
- Is there a free trial or pilot period?
- How do I export units, tenants, leases, balances and payment history if I leave, and in what format?
How Stitch compares
Stitch Storage is self storage management software for independent owners, made by Hive Asset Group, LLC. Prices are public on the pricing page:
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 a month | One facility, up to 50 units |
| Pro | $99 a month | One facility, unlimited units |
| Additional facility | $59 a month | Each added facility |
There is a 0.3% platform fee on rent processed, a 30-day free trial with no card, and no contracts. Price lock: your price never goes up while you are a customer. Migration is free and done in 48 hours.
If you are moving from another system, the Switch Credit gives you free Stitch months equal to the months left on your old software contract, up to 3, as account credit only and never cash. Details are on the switch page.
