Syrasoft and Stitch Storage are both self storage management tools, but they fit different owners. Operators who want a long-established vendor, US phone support and a desktop option. Stitch fits independent owners with 30 to 300 units who want a browser-based tool, public prices and no contract.
We make Stitch Storage, so read this with that in mind. Syrasoft facts are from its own site, press or review listings, dated as of October 2026.

Best for
- Syrasoft: Operators who want a long-established vendor, US phone support and a desktop option.
- Stitch Storage: Independent owners with 30 to 300 units who want a browser-based tool, public prices and no contract.
Where Syrasoft is stronger
- Experience. Founded in 1991.
- Custom reports. Up to 250 custom reports for multi-location operators.
- Desktop option. Capterra lists Windows desktop as well as cloud.
- Phone support. US-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, per its site.
- Features. Autogate integration, websites, tenant protection and a mobile app.
Where Stitch is stronger
- Public prices. Syrasoft quotes through a demo.
- No contracts and a price lock. We did not find Syrasoft's terms.
- Free migration in 48 hours, with a Syrasoft import preset.
- Free facility page and lien timelines by state. We did not confirm these for Syrasoft.
Stitch is built for 1 to 3 facilities and 30 to 300 units. It is not the right fit for operators with hundreds of facilities or enterprise custom integrations.
Price math
Syrasoft does not publish prices, so we cannot run a real sum. Ask for a written quote and whether it is per user, per facility or per unit. Say you have 120 units, 100 occupied at $95 ($9,500 of rent). Stitch Pro is $99 plus 0.3% of $9,500 ($28.50), so $127.50 a month, before card or ACH processing fees. Put Syrasoft's quote, its processing rate and any setup fee in the same sum.
See Syrasoft pricing for what is public, and Stitch pricing for ours.
Decision checklist
Answer these before you choose.
- Do I want to see the price before I talk to a salesperson?
- Am I willing to sign a contract, or do I want to leave any month?
- Do I need online rentals and autopay without staff?
- Do I need lien timelines for my state?
- Do I need a website for my facility, and is a free facility page enough?
- Does the vendor publish what it costs to move in and out?
- Can I get my data out as a file whenever I want?
- Have I asked for references from a facility my size?
If most answers point to flat public pricing, no contract and free migration, try Stitch. If you value what Syrasoft does best, stay and ask for a written quote. Read the full Syrasoft alternative page, and see free migration.
