Facts checked as of October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

Storagely is a website and rental tool, not a full management system, so the closest alternative depends on what you want to replace. Stitch Storage includes a free facility page at stitchstorage.com/f/[slug] with online rentals, plus the ledger, autopay and lien tools that a website vendor does not cover. Plans are $39 to $99 a month with no contracts.

We make Stitch Storage, so read this page with that in mind. Every Storagely fact below comes from its own site, a press report or a review listing, dated as of October 2026. Where we could not confirm something, we say so.

Who uses Storagely, and why it is a good product

Storagely (storagely.io) is a website, checkout and analytics platform for self storage, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Its products include Flex (a site editor), Atlas (location management), Rentals (single-page checkout) and Scorecard (traffic, keyword rankings and reviews). It layers on top of a separate management system. It is not a full facility manager.

It is aimed at small to mid-sized facilities and multi-location portfolios. Its strengths are real:

  • Single-page checkout. Its Rentals product is a native checkout, with abandoned rental recovery.
  • Pricing tools. Value-based pricing, described in its docs.
  • Marketing and reviews. Google review tools, Reserve with Google and a Scorecard for traffic and rankings.
  • Integrations. Press coverage lists integrations with Cubby, QuikStor, Monument, SiteLink, storEDGE and Swivl.
  • Reviews. Capterra shows a tiny set of reviews (3 in the listing we saw) praising quick onboarding and strong support.

Why some owners look for an alternative

We list only reasons we can source, or that are neutral. Source: Storagely site, docs and Capterra listing, October 2026.

  • It does not replace your management software. You still need a system for tenants, ledgers and payments.
  • Price is third-party only. Third-party listings give a starting monthly price, but it is not on the Storagely pages we read.

What to look for

First decide what you are replacing.

  1. Just the website. Compare design, speed, rental conversion and who owns the domain.
  2. The whole system. You need tenants, a ledger, autopay, late fees and lien timelines in one place, with the website and online rentals attached.
  3. Total cost. Add the website fee to your management software fee, then add payment processing.
  4. Terms. Ask for contract length, setup fees and what you keep if you leave.
  5. Data. Ask how your content, leads and rental records are exported.

Who should stay with Storagely

Stay if you already like your management software and mainly want a stronger website and checkout on top of it:

  • You run a management system it integrates with and want its checkout and Scorecard on top.
  • You care about rental conversion, review tools and Reserve with Google.
  • Your site and checkout already perform well.

Stitch is a management system with a basic free facility page and online rentals. It is not a marketing agency or a custom website design service.

How moving to Stitch works

If you decide to use Stitch as your management system and facility page:

  1. Start a free trial. 30 days, no card.
  2. Send your tenant, unit and balance data from your current management software. We have a generic spreadsheet preset, so Excel or CSV works.
  3. Read the validation report, then run a dry run. Nothing live changes.
  4. Go live, and roll back if something is wrong. Migration is free and takes 48 hours from a complete export.
  5. Point rentals at your Stitch facility page at stitchstorage.com/f/[slug].

Balances come in as "Opening balance" ledger entries. Stored card numbers do not carry over, so tenants re-enter a payment method. We do not know whether Storagely works with Stitch, so ask before you plan to keep both. See free migration, switch to Stitch and the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

What is a good alternative to Storagely?

It depends on what you want to replace. If you want one management system with a free facility page and online rentals, Stitch Storage is one option. If you only want a stronger website on top of your current software, keep comparing website vendors.

How much does Storagely cost?

We could not confirm a price on Storagely's own site as of October 2026. Ask for a written quote. Stitch publishes $39 to $99 a month.

Can I move from Storagely to Stitch Storage?

Yes. Migration is free and takes 48 hours from a complete export. Stitch does not have a preset built for Storagely, so we use the generic spreadsheet preset. You send Excel or CSV files and we map the columns. There is a dry run and rollback.

Will my tenants keep their autopay?

Stored card numbers generally cannot move between payment processors, so tenants usually re-enter a payment method. We tell you which tenants need to.
