QuikStor and Stitch Storage are both self storage management tools, but they fit different owners. Operators who want all features in one per-unit price, month-to-month terms and AI tools. Stitch fits independent owners with 30 to 300 units who want a flat plan, a price lock, a free facility page and free migration.
We make Stitch Storage, so read this with that in mind. QuikStor facts are from its own site, press or review listings, dated as of October 2026.

Best for
- QuikStor: Operators who want all features in one per-unit price, month-to-month terms and AI tools.
- Stitch Storage: Independent owners with 30 to 300 units who want a flat plan, a price lock, a free facility page and free migration.
Where QuikStor is stronger
- Published price with a cap. $1 per unit per month, capped at $295 per facility. Stitch's Pro plan is also flat, but QuikStor's cap is a clear number for large unit counts.
- Everything in the price. QuikStor says all features are included.
- Hands-on setup. Its team sets up facilities, units, rates and tenants (for a $999 fee).
- Newer tools. AI revenue management, a Report Assistant and QuikVoice AI were added in September 2026.
- Multi-site, access control and telephony are on its feature list.
Where Stitch is stronger
- No setup fee. Migration is free.
- Price lock. Your price never goes up while you are a customer.
- Free facility page at
stitchstorage.com/f/[slug]and no website fee. QuikStor's WordPress website is $25 a month per facility. - Lien timelines by state built in. We did not confirm this for QuikStor.
Stitch is built for 1 to 3 facilities and 30 to 300 units. It is not the right fit for operators with hundreds of facilities or enterprise custom integrations.
Price math
Say you have 120 units, 100 occupied at $95, so $9,500 of rent a month. QuikStor at $1 per unit is $120, plus $25 for the website, so $145 a month, plus $999 once. Stitch Pro is $99 plus 0.3% of $9,500 ($28.50), so $127.50 a month with the facility page included. Over 12 months that is $2,739 for QuikStor ($145 x 12 + $999) and $1,530 for Stitch ($127.50 x 12), before card or ACH processing fees, which we did not find on either side's published pages for this comparison. We assumed QuikStor counts all 120 units; confirm how it counts.
At a small size the gap narrows. With 50 units, 40 occupied at $80 ($3,200 of rent), QuikStor is $50 and Starter is $39 plus $9.60, or $48.60. That is about even.

Decision checklist
Answer these before you choose.
- Do I want to see the price before I talk to a salesperson?
- Am I willing to sign a contract, or do I want to leave any month?
- Do I need online rentals and autopay without staff?
- Do I need lien timelines for my state?
- Do I need a website for my facility, and is a free facility page enough?
- Does the vendor publish what it costs to move in and out?
- Can I get my data out as a file whenever I want?
- Have I asked for references from a facility my size?
